Add up to 6 photos and say what needs doing, typed or dictated live. BidBud drafts the scope: materials, labor and equipment, with the assumptions it made spelled out.
The scope comes back grouped by materials, labor and equipment, with a few questions where the photos left doubt. Answer them and the scope updates. Add, edit or remove any line, and put fees and discounts in as fixed amounts or percentages.
Every material is priced near the job from retail listings: three to five comparable quotes per item, in your currency, with pack sizes read so a box of tile is never priced as a single piece. Compare, pick one and lock it in. Labor uses the hourly rates you saved, and your markup and tax are applied on top.
Email the estimate with the PDF attached, or hand out a link by SMS or WhatsApp. Your client opens it, downloads the PDF and approves online with a drawn signature. You get a push the moment they open it and again when they approve.
Say “add ten percent to labor” and the estimate re-totals on the spot. Change quantities, rename lines, add a fee: every command is logged so you can see what changed.
Turn an approved estimate into an invoice, request a deposit and record every payment. Partially paid, paid and overdue are worked out for you, and the client gets the same kind of link.
Logo, address, license number, terms and payment instructions print on each estimate and invoice, in the project’s currency.
Set them once as defaults, adjust per job. Tax everything or materials only; show markup as its own row or fold it into line prices.
Save hourly rates for the work you do. Labor lines use them by the hour, or as a flat amount when that fits the job better.
Attach a client to each job, import them from your contacts, file projects in folders, search by title or client, archive or duplicate with a swipe.

The app works from the first open. Add an email and password, or sign in with Apple or Google later, and every project comes with you.
A notification when a scope or pricing run finishes, when a client opens an estimate or invoice, and when they approve.
Full line items, names only, or a one-line summary on the client’s copy. Add notes, terms and a valid-until date per estimate.
Pick it once. Scopes follow it, and it prints on your estimates. Not on the list? Type your own.
No. The app signs you in with your phone on the first open and gives you 3 free estimates. Add an email and password, or Apple or Google sign-in, whenever you want to use a second device or recover your work. It stays the same account with the same projects.
From current retail shopping listings for your country and region, with a web search as a fallback when a material is hard to find. Only listings in your currency whose pack size can be read are kept, so a 5-gallon pail is never priced as a quart. Each priced item shows its quotes, and you can pick one or type your own price.
Scoping the photos and pricing the materials are two runs, each up to a few minutes. You get a push notification when each one finishes, so you don’t have to keep the app open.
A web page with your business details, the lines and totals the way you chose to show them, your terms, a Download PDF button and, for estimates, an approve form with their name, an optional email and a drawn signature. The link stays valid until you revoke it from the app.
A project’s first AI run, whether that is scoping or pricing. Each free project also gets 3 re-runs. Deleting a project does not give one back. Premium removes both limits.
JPEG, PNG or WEBP, up to 10 MB each and up to 6 per project. Photos straight from the phone camera are fine. You can also skip photos and just describe the job.
On iPhone and Android. Your first three estimates are free, and there is nothing to sign up for.
